ICT Documentation: Peer Review & Feedback Workflow

To support our "Follower" members, the wiki provides a structured way to review the work produced by the lead researchers (Lea and ICT Lead).

1. The Research Namespace

All publications intended for the club's review are stored in the Research: namespace.

  • Lead Researchers: Create and edit these pages using Page Forms.
  • Followers: Read these pages and use the Discussion/Talk pages to leave comments.

2. Status Tracking

We use a Cargo field `Status` to manage the publication lifecycle:

  • Draft: Internal work in progress (Lea & Lead).
  • Review: Ready for the 5-member club to read and comment.
  • Final: Approved version for our archives.

3. Enabling Comments for Seniors

Since we hide the standard "Talk" tabs for a clean UI, we provide a prominent "Leave a Comment" button at the bottom of every Research page:

<span class="mw-ui-button mw-ui-progressive">
[[{{TALKPAGENAME}}|Click here to add your comments to this research]]
</span>

4. Notification System

Followers are encouraged to use the "Watch" feature (the star icon) on pages they are interested in, so they receive an email when Lea or the Lead researcher makes an update.
